Happy Birthday, Justin! You don’t look too happy in this picture– but I love it and I love you a lot, a lot, a lot. And I love you for a lot, a lot, a lot of reasons…
a few of which are {but not limited to}:
you love the Lord & wrestle with Scripture, you look really good, you work very hard, you play mean guitar and can build a mean fire, you know there is freedom in Christ, you tell me you love me at least 5x a day, you love history, you love nature, you love Galatians 1:10 and Blue Moon {and are not ashamed of either}, you make my coffee, you take me for drives on the weekends, you hang light fixtures, build shelves, shovel poop and change poop, you paint walls, you love fresh fruit and birds, you’re always willing to read my posts before I post them and catch most of my grammatical errors, always hug me and kiss me when you get home, you love your Rovers and wrestle with them every night and always tuck them in, and you are the one to go check on them when they cry out at night. I love you because you are intelligent; because you love to learn, love to read, love to study… and you bring me home ice {not ice cream– ice– our ice maker is broken} and pizza. And, of course, on occasion you have been known to drive me crazy… but much greater than that is the crazy love that I have for you! I can’t wait to spend a long weekend with you and friends and no children! Speaking of children, Rover just pooped a birthday surprise for you… I think I’ll go wake you up and see if you want to change it– this will be an official test of your love for me! 🙂
Happy Birthday, Justin! I love you!

February 18, 2010 at 10:18 amNO WAY!!!!! Justin and I have the same Birthday!! It really is a wonderful blessed day, proud to share it with your hubs!
p.s. I received something called a “blog award” the other day. I am entirely unsure of what it means, but it brightened my day nonetheless. Anyway, I was instructed to pass it along to the 8 blogs that brighten my day, and sooo, you’re up lady! It is posted on my blog if you do want to pass it along, but I know you are a busy lady, so don’t worry about it. Just know you’re a bright spot of sunshine in my morning routine!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JUSTIN!

Darby, when you have time (ha!), I would love another post about your camera. I just bought the same one, and although I haven’t had a lot of time to play with it, I’m just trying to find that perfect setting…is there one?? All of your pictures are soo wonderful, which is the reason I bought a camera just like yours 🙂 Hopefully I’ll be a pro before long!!
Have a great weekend!!!

February 23, 2010 at 9:21 amHi Darby,
I just wanted to say this post was what I needed today. I love that you and Justin have a relationship together in Christ and today I needed the reminder that Galatians gives us.
And of course Happy Birthday Justin! (a day late!)
