What a little trooper! My little guy (he’s two) is typically laying on the ground crying during his brother’s t-ball games 😀 I see Rover has a cup of snacks – that is a great idea.
Love the shot through the beachers! There’s something about little boys and baseball…my little man can’t get enough of it. LOVE that your girls play too 🙂
~ should have spell checked the post above, hard to write w/kids in my lap… here’s what i meant…Love the shot through the bleachers! There’s something about little boys and baseball…my little man can’t get enough of it. LOVE that your girls play too 🙂
Oh.my.word. DARBY! That little man of yours is just soooo sooo soooooooo cute! I bet that he just makes your heart MELT. He reminds me sooo much of my own little guy. Happy Mother’s Day! Hope that it’s your best one yet! XO
How adorable!
There’s nothing like a boy and some bleachers.
My boys are men now, but other than the fact that they’re guzzling beer…they still look
rather adorable too!
Darby, I love your blog because I grew up in Dothan, and I recognize so many of the places you talk about. For some reason, this post has made me so sentimental! I don’t know if it’s the shots of the ball park where I spent a thousand spring nights with my friends watching their ballgames. Or maybe it’s the cup Rover is drinking from. I’m probably the only person to notice that the name on it is somebody who was my back door naighbor growing up. JP and I went to middle school, high school, and four years of Auburn together. At any rate, thanks for the reminiscing this morning. Hope your kiddos love growing up in Dothan as much as I did.

May 9, 2010 at 10:59 amNOT FAIR! Esp to post this on Mother’s Day! I think you’ve just restarted my biological clock…..
My baby will be 17 (years) this month. He’s lost all of his spongy, squishy, sweet-smelling fat rolls, now he’s all elbows & knees & angles.
