Hope you all are doing well! We are thoroughly enjoying our summer and looking forward to heading north before school is back in session. For now we are savoring our lazy {which are really anything but lazy} days at home!

His are ALL! black patent leather. And they stink. So bad. I keep telling him all he needs are some of those stretchy shorts with the wide waistband and the two snaps that all high school coaches wore when we were growing up. My hatred for them is only outdone by his love and loyalty for them.

We started our morning with a walk around the neighborhood in his wagon trailing the garbage trucks. Trucks of any variety are a big draw these days, along with leaf blowers, lawn mowers, and any other machine that makes noise or has buttons. Sound familiar?! 🙂

July 29, 2010 at 3:22 pmI will give you a little tip about the corn. If you leave it in the shuck, cover it in a wet paper towel, and microwave it for 5 mins. the shuck & silk come right off. It is ready to eat. So easy and delish!
