Whatcha’ gonna do with all your cukes?
I have a suggestion:
How about Cucumber & Dill Spread? It’s delicious, so long as you like cucumbers.
And it’s easy.
And the kids love it {contrary to their “this is going to make me barf” facial expressions}.
I had it at 10:30 this morning and it was mighty fine. I like to serve it open-faced on pumpernickel and top it with fresh Romas and then sprinkle a little dill & Jane’s over top. Have any of you looked for Jane’s Krazy Salt? I’m wondering if it’s a “southern” thing. It’s made in South Carolina and I had no problem finding it in Tallahassee but haven’t checked here.
It only sat on that plate for about 30 seconds before I devoured it.

I hope you saved some of that for me (bringing with you!?)! I am making Pimento Cheese. Chance is gonna starve this weekend, I don't think he'd touch either with a 10' pole.
