Few More Things…

JMandDaddy

First, Happy Birthday, Mom! Wish we could celebrate with lunch at The Cheddar Box… but neither of us live in Louisville anymore and we’re 12 hours apart. Kinda sad! But I’m holding on to hope that you’ll be here soon to see these babies, right!? We’ll celebrate BIG when you arrive! There’s plenty of excitement to go around and you’re worth celebrating! I love you!

Second, while I’m on my family… did y’all catch Erika on Apartment Therapy yesterday? Way to go, sister!

Third, sometimes I forget little details that I fully intend to include in posts. The rubber stamps from yesterday’s post came from a $1 rack at Michael’s. It was a tall rack that spun around near the front of the store.

If y’all ever have questions that I don’t answer that you really want answers to send me an email {my address is over there —>} and I’ll do my best to respond. Blogger doesn’t automatically attach your email addresses and there’s often times no way for me to track you down. One kind commenter asked about the owl applique a few weeks ago… but I couldn’t find her… my answer to your question is this: Embroidery Boutique.

If you send me an email and I don’t reply it’s possible that it got caught in spam OR I forgot to write you back and I would never be annoyed if you sent it again! I really do try to respond to emails… but sometimes these little people distract me and if I don’t reply when I read it I often forget to come back… imagine that!?

JM {in grainy picture above} sits like that almost every night on the rug in the den. He’s like a baby bird waiting for his mother to return with a juicy worm… but this little bird is waiting for his daddy armed not with worm but his guitar. Justin plays guitar and sings to him almost every night… it seems to be one of the only ways to calm him down. I love to hear him play and sing… it’s music to my ears. Here’s a quick video I shot tonight of the two of them. I’ll try to get more sometime… this one is too short.
And we don’t allow him to chew on hair ribbons while unattended.

OMG—R U really going to make me get my husband have his “v” reversed?

Tell me NO NO NO! Amanda, you have a beautiful 6 and 8 year old. You haven’t allowed diapers in your home for 4 years. you have a business to run. Your husband doesn’t play the guitar. Don’t do it!

Yall are precious as usual. Happy Weekend.
