Happy New Year’s Eve to all of you!! I just wanted to pop in and let you know that Honey Bee Tees has new inventory and I added the dish mats as well {near the bottom of the shop homepage}!
And a new style has been added… hooded sweatshirts for kids! The pigment dyed bird dogs are in and more colors are on order.
The product description includes a warning and I think I better post it here too… if you buy your child one of these hooded sweatshirts they may not want to take it off! Who can blame them? I intend to introduce a few new designs in the coming week so be sure to check back. I’ve always loved the look & feel of pigment dyed and I’m beyond impressed with a new manufacturer that I found. If you aren’t familiar with pigment dyed clothing be sure to read the product descriptions; it is natural for the color to fade some with time {so wash with like colors} and the screen printing may take on some of the color from the dye. It will wear like, feel like, and hopefully become your favorite tee shirt/sweatshirt!
Thank you for all your support in 2010 and I am always grateful to hear your feedback! Please keep it coming and join me on Facebook for updates as well… any comments or questions can be sent to tees@flythroughourwindow.com.
Hope you all have safe & wonderful New Year’s plans… see you in 2011!!!

January 1, 2011 at 10:43 amDishmats sold out??? 🙁
I was a little excited to find this post because I literally was thinking of your dishmats this morning as I finished up some dishes. Hopefully you’ll add some more soon and I can snatch one up before they’re gone:).
Happy New Year!

January 1, 2011 at 10:48 amUmm, Okay, I just checked the actual sight and I think I’m a little glad they’re sold out. My husband would have died if I spent 45$ on a dishmat:). I love the fabric and the mats, but this Momma just might need to keep using an old placemat for her dishmat … and keep saving for a sewing machine!!

January 1, 2011 at 1:05 pmThe husband gave me a new sewing machine for Christmas. After making 90 smocked ornaments (for sale in a store) and 32 french handsewn Easter dresses (for sale in a store) I was so burned out that I gave away all of my patterns, my pleater and my sewing machine. I have done without for 15 years and not regretted my decision until now. Oddly enough, the thing I miss the most are my patterns! But…I am thinking I might go back through your posts and look for some of your sewing tutorials to get these rusty fingers working again! I continue to be blessed by you and your family and pray a happy, healthy, and joyous New Year for you all…

January 4, 2011 at 11:44 pmHey D! Love that you’re adding the dish mats, but hope you’re not pulling your hair out over it next week:). I have one, but it’s wearing out, so may just be a little on the lazy side and buy one from you inside of making my own. You really should include Rover on the purchase, I’m sure he could come up here and teach G a few things about being a rough and tough little boy. Also, thanks for the bday post for Edie.
xoxo
