patagonia poppy

The shoes are Poppy by Patagonia in “mud”. I found mine at TJ Maxx & More {on Army Trail in Bloomingdale} when I was in Chicago with Mom a couple months ago and I’d tell you how much I paid but then you would reach through your computer screen and strangle me so I better not! :) They are wonderful. They took about a weeks worth of wearing before they were comfortably molded to my feet and now, I never want to take them off! I also found Pita & Hummus in ”khaki” there too. They are like “transformer” shoes, the outer soul {oops} sole buttons off and leaves you with a little leather loafer… very fun!

Happy Saturday!

ps- One website said the Poppy’s run small, I don’t necessarily agree. Mine are 7.5 and that’s about what I wear. If you’re going to wear them with socks that might be the case.

Love the shoes! And the post! Wow, what an adventure! Your pictures are looking so good – are you still using the 50 mm mostly? I’m ready to get this little one outside and get a little more creative w/ the 50. It’s great for inside, but I know it would be PHENOMENAL outdoors! Love all the pink and green outfits, too. Your girls have natural style :-)

Too funny that you posted this!

I’ve been thinking about those shoes since I read you post yesterday. I hope you’re right about them running true to size…they didn’t have anything bigger than a 9.

So funny, I guess there were other people thinking the same thing I was. Thanks for posting this.

That is funny because when I saw the picture of your feet (shoes) in yesterday’s post, I thought, hmmm?? Now we know! Enjoyed the posts and pics and glad to have you home! And I know if feels good to be home with 3 little ones. I do remember those days even if it’s been a long, long time ago. :)

So I wasn’t the only one admiring the shoes in your picture, hm? So funny- I didn’t comment this morning, but I thought the glimpse of your shoes was adorable- so I’m glad others asked!

I have some that are similar – very comfy, but tend to give the ól stinky feet ( I know, TMI) ;)

I was wondering about your girls´cutie pie shoes – love them with the striped tights they wore to the American Girl day outing!

    My dear friend Darby,
So glad you made it home safely and the trip looked wonderful. We LOVE AG—and my girls’ Christmas list this year has nothing but AG stuff on it. The Chicago store is my favorite! The shoes are cute and look comfy—-which is starting to be high on my list of shoe priorities.

I’ve been paining nearly all week, my bedroom, the girls’ room, my bathroom, girls’ beds! And now I think I’ve come down with a full blown case of bronchitis. Why do I do this to myself every holiday? You’d think I’d learn. Off to overdose on vit C.

    loves to you,
    edie
