Shelby and Katie Adams along with Matt and Anna Cate Little opened “Icing on the Cookie” in October 2009. Matt, Anna Cate and Katie were college friends from the University of Georgia and have found themselves back together in Birmingham, AL. Katie married Shelby, who is a chef by trade, and after realizing there was nothing like it in Birmingham, “Icing on the Cookie” was born! All four of are in the store daily and enjoy helping their customers put a special touch on their celebrations! They have ten flavors of regular cookies, cookies cakes and our customized iced sugar cookies are the perfect complement to any special event. Whether it’s a baby shower, birthday, sporting event, wedding, holiday, corporate event, graduation, fundraiser, or simply a unique gift, they have a cookie that will match any imaginable theme. They promise that all of their cookies taste as good as they look! All of the goodies are packaged with extreme care so that they stay fresh and they ship them to you wherever you are!
